This activity has been planned and

and Standards of the Accreditation Council for
Continuing Medical Education through the joint
sponsorship of the Dartmouth- Hitchcock Medical
Center and the American Thyroid Association. The
Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center is accredited
by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education
for physicians.
The Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical
Center designates this educational activity for
up to 44.5 Category 1 credits towards the AMA
Physician’s Recognition Award. Each physician
should claim only those credits that he or she
actually spent in the educational activity.
