View the ATA Exhibit Hall Layout. Booth applications are accepted and assignments made on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibit booth numbers are provided upon receipt of a completed application and receipt of payment. Specific booth number requests (based on availability) will not be held without receipt of application and payment.

Interested in holding an expo theater, ancillary meeting/event or satellite program?

An exhibitor registration portal will be provided by ATA’s longstanding registration vendor QMS Services, Inc. by mid-May 2019. Exhibitor registration instructions will be provided via email by QMS to all confirmed exhibitors once the exhibitor registration site opens. Please note that exhibitor instructions, deadlines and other requirement will be provided to the exhibitor contact provided on the exhibit application. Please ensure if there is more than one contact that needs to receive or be notified of important information, they are listed on your exhibit application.


Show management for THYROID EXPO 2019 will be provided by Global Experience Specialists, Inc. (GES). A detailed Show Manual regarding available services, shipping, booth equipment orders, pricing and deadlines will be provided to all confirmed exhibitors by early summer 2019.
