The online housing system for the 15^th International Thyroid Congress (ITC) is now open for hotel reservation booking!

15TH ITC
The International Thyroid Congress (ITC) is a collaborative meeting held every fifth year by the four world thyroid associations: American Thyroid Association (ATA), Asia-Oceania Thyroid Association (AOTA), European Thyroid Association (ETA), and Latin American Thyroid Society (LATS). Taking place October 18-23, 2015 at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin in Lake Buena Vista, Florida and hosted by the ATA, the ITC will bring together the international community of endocrine specialists, surgeons and other health professionals to present and discuss the latest research and developments in thyroidology.

HOUSING - UNDER ONE ROOF
The hallmark of the ATA meeting is the 'under one roof' concept that we strive to achieve. As such, the ATA has made special effort and contracted a significant room block to offer this benefit to ITC attendees. We ask that all attendees plan to book their reservations at the headquarters hotel.

CONTRACT: The ATA has a signed hotel contract which includes the room block, the benefit of complimentary meeting space and a commitment to food and beverage.

PENALTY: If we do not fill our hotel block, an additional fee may be assessed to those attendees not registered in the 15^th ITC official room block.

MEETING REGISTRATION – OPENS MID to LATE APRIL
Online registration for the 15^th ITC will open in mid to late-April 2015. Rates are posted online to assist you in planning your attendance.

Abstract submission details, trainee efforts and opportunities for exhibitors and sponsors are available online too. The Program Organizing Committee has developed a phenomenal scientific program with faculty invited from each sister society. The Meeting-At-A-Glance is available for planning purposes.
