Housing
The ATA values and appreciates the participation of all attendees in the 15th International Thyroid Congress (ITC). The hallmark of the ATA meeting is the 'under one roof' concept that we strive to achieve. As hosts of the 15th ITC, ATA is again pleased to offer meeting space and sleeping rooms 'under one roof' providing optimal education and networking opportunities throughout the meeting.
The ATA Housing reservation website is now closed. However, it is not too late to book your hotel reservation. Sleeping rooms are still available at the headquarter hotel, The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin. Rooms are limited, so please call the Swan and Dolphin Resort directly at 1-800-227-1500 or 1-407-934-4000. The Swan and Dolphin reservations center is open 7 days a week and the hours are:
Monday - Friday 7am - 11pm EST
Saturday and Sunday 7am - 7pm EST

Hotel confirmations have been sent by email for attendee with existing reservations made through the ATA housing service, EventSphere (website https://resweb.passkey.com/go/itc2015). If you have not received your confirmation, please contact EventSphere via phone, 24 hours a day, at 855-235-6023 or via email at ata@eventsphere.com.
ATTENDEE CAUTION & ALERT: EventSphere is the official housing provider for the 15th ITC. EventSphere will not make any unsolicited calls to meeting attendees or exhibitors for housing reservations. The ATA does not authorize any housing bureau company to make unsolicited calls or send faxes and other correspondence promoting housing for the 15th ITC. Any official 15th ITC Correspondence you receive regarding housing will list EventSphere only as the official 15th ITC/ATA housing provider. Please disregard any solicitation calls or emails from housing bureaus or vendors other than EventSphere promoting reservation assistance for the 15th ITC sleeping room block.
