With this letter, ATA respectfully requests your agreement to the following so that ATA can fully utilize work products that you contribute to as a volunteer of the organization. If you feel you have already completed and returned this agreement, please let us know so we can check our files further.

For good and valuable consideration, you agree as follows:

1. TRANSFER OF COPYRIGHT
   You hereby assign to ATA all rights, title and interest, including copyright, in and to the work product you create and submit to ATA (the “Work Product”).
   
   
2. CONTRIBUTOR’S GUARANTEE
   You guarantee that the Work Product is your own original work, that it has not been copied from any other source and does not infringe on the ownership rights of others.
