In this session you will use the DiSC model to:
1. Discover your leadership style and priorities on the Everything DiSC®️ Leadership Map.
2. Learn about the Everything DiSC Work of Leaders®️ process and how your DiSC style influences your behavior in each step of the process.
3. Learn three drivers of crafting a vision, three drivers of alignment, and three drivers of execution.
4. Understand the behaviors that characterize each driver and how they may impact your effectiveness.
5. Discover how you approach each driver.
6. Learn about your strengths and challenges in the Work of Leaders®️ process.
