REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund requests must be in writing by email to info@prereg.net. Requests submitted on or before July 30, 2025, will receive a registration refund less $150 USD or 50% processing fee (whichever amount is lower). Trainee and guest registration cancellations are subject to a $50. Pre-meeting session cancellations are subject to a $75 (each) processing fee.
No refunds for registration or programming will be granted if submitted after July 30, 2025 (no exceptions). No refunds will be granted for no-shows. Registrations are not transferrable.
