ATA trainee members who are first authors and presenters of a submitted/accepted abstract for the 2025 Annual Meeting are eligible to apply for a Trainee Travel Grant. This grant covers up to two complimentary nights stay at the Westin Kierland. Review the eligibility criteria and requirements below before applying.

Eligibility & Requirements:
- Active ATA membership through December 31, 2025. (Not a member? Apply before by July 10 to be eligible.)
- Must be the first author and presenter of a submitted and accepted abstract for the 2025 ATA Meeting.
- Must be registered for the 2025 Annual Meeting by July 25.
- Must have a hotel reservation at the Westin Kierland (confirmation number required as part of the application).

Join us on September 10 for the E. Chester Ridgway Trainee Conference—a full day of expert-led lectures on thyroid disease and cancer, designed specifically for trainees and early career professionals. Throughout the day, you’ll also enjoy multiple networking opportunities, including lunch roundtable discussions with faculty and ATA leaders, and a Happy Hour networking session to connect with peers and experts in the field.

Free for ATA Trainee & Early Career Members! Nonmembers are welcome and encouraged to attend for a small fee or join the ATA to participate for free and gain access to additional ATA member benefits. (Note: Apply for ATA membership by July 10. Membership processing takes 2–3 weeks.)
Celebrate Your Work. Awards & Poster Engagement
The ATA Annual Meeting offers an outstanding platform for early career professionals to present their research, build visibility, and connect with peers and leaders in the field. If you’re an ATA trainee member and the first author and presenter on an accepted abstract, you’ll have multiple opportunities to highlight your work.
Trainee members with top-rated poster abstracts will be considered for the Outstanding Trainee Poster Award. You must apply for membership by July 10. Notifications will go out to selected awardees in early August.
All ATA member trainee posters presenters will be visited at their poster boards by leading thyroid experts, faculty, and ATA leadership during designated poster sessions—giving you valuable exposure and feedback.

- Must be the first author and presenter of a submitted and accepted abstract for the 2025 ATA Annual Meeting.
- Trainee status must be indicated during abstract submission.
- Complete the Trainee Poster Presenter form with your accepted abstract information by July 31.
