87th Annual Meeting of the ATA

The Trainees and Career Advancement Committee invites every student, fellow, and resident attending the 87th Annual Meeting to submit a case for presentation at the Ridgway Case Study Discussion sessions. These sessions are highly interactive, very educational and informative. If selected, you will be given time to present your case orally and a panel of experts will be asked to interpret the case and give their own teaching pearls. The Trainee and Career Advancement committee would love to get great teaching cases in the categories of thyroid function abnormalities, thyroid nodules, and/or thyroid cancer. These do not need to be rare, unusual cases. We would prefer they be more typical cases that are illustrative of a great teaching points. Please submit a brief summary of the case in the form below before Friday, July 28, 2017. The Trainees and Career Advancement Committee will review all submissions and select 4-5 cases in each category to be presented to thyroid experts in each session during the conference.

Case presentations categories:

  • Thyroid Nodules
  • Thyroid Cancer
  • Abnormal Thyroid Function
