Visas and Passports

Every person entering the United States should be in possession of a valid passport and/or identification card and may need a visa. The type of visa depends on the purpose of your visit.

Please access the US Government’s Visa Wizard to determine if you need a visa and which type of visa for which you should apply.  There is also a FAQ document available to answer some questions.

You may request a letter of invitation from the ATA to assist you for travel purposes when registering for the 2023 ATA Annual Meeting. Please email us with your full contact information (full name, degree, company, mailing address, email address, telephone number) to submit your request.

Room rate – $314 plus applicable state and local taxes.

The Marriott Marquis is located near three airports and three Metro Stations.

Beware of Fraud
All hotel reservations for the ATA meeting should be made using Eleventh & Gather’s secure housing website.  This allows you to take advantage of the ATA contracted group rate for the headquarters hotel and overflow hotels. Eleventh & Gather will not make any unsolicited calls to meeting attendees or exhibitors for housing reservations. Any official correspondence you receive regarding housing will be from Eleventh & Gather

Please disregard any solicitation calls, emails, faxes, mailings or other correspondence from housing bureaus or vendors other than Eleventh & Gather promoting reservation assistance for the ATA meeting room block because they are fraudulent. ATA does not support these services and assumes no liability or responsibility for the actions of such vendors.

PLEASE NOTE: Canceling your hotel reservation does not cancel your meeting registration.
